Useful without being nosy.
edi.flights does not require an account. Your saved flight and travel-mode preferences are stored in your browser so the site can remember what matters when you return. A selected flight is removed after it departs or when you choose Change.
Analytics
We use TinyVisits to measure anonymous pageview totals and broad traffic sources. We also count public page views, flight searches, flight saves and WhatsApp sharing opens. The previous counters stored only action names and timestamps; current journey measurement is described below. We do not use tracking cookies or build a visitor profile. You can opt out on this device at any time.
TinyVisits is on on this device. Only anonymous, aggregated visit information is collected.
Live data
Our server requests flight, weather and queue information from upstream providers. API credentials stay on the server and are never sent to your browser. Searches and selected flights are not sent to those providers by the browser.
Local storage
The browser may store your selected flight, travel mode and TinyVisits opt-out preference. We do not use these values to identify you.

edi.flights is independent and is not affiliated with Edinburgh Airport. Always follow your airline’s official guidance.

Anonymous journey measurement
We record page types, broad acquisition channels, device class and product actions such as finding a dated flight, viewing a plan, sharing or saving a received plan. A browser-tab session identifier expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. A random shared-link reference helps connect a share with a recipient visit. We do not store raw searches, precise journey origins or IP addresses in these event records. Known automated traffic and marked tests are excluded where detectable. The analytics opt-out also stops these events. Sharing measurements cannot confirm that a message was delivered.
